At MG Scientific, we are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. Information entered during the ordering and registration process will remain confidential. In an effort to offer you the best shopping experience possible, we may contact you with news about our products, services and events. If, for any reason, you wish us to stop sending these notifications, simply email us and we will promptly remove your name from the list. We never share our customer data with any outside organizations.

MG Scientific ships products to meet both product and customer requirements. Allow us to choose the best way for you or specify your preferred carrier. Many options are available; UPS, MG Trucks, LTL, USPS, FED-X, etc… Be advised that many products can only be shipped via common carrier due to factors such as weight, quantity and chemical type. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order please contact customer service at 800-343-8338 or attach special instructions to your order. If required, MG Scientific will notify you of the carrier chosen.

No returns can be accepted without prior authorization from MG Scientific. If you find it necessary to return an item ordered from MG Scientific, please contact your MG Scientific customer service representative. Please have ready the date of your original purchase order and purchase order number. A restocking charge may be assessed based upon the individual circumstances of the order.

Terms of payment are Net 30 days with pre-approved credit. Credit approval can be obtained with the submittal of bank and trade references. To set up an account and credit terms with MG Scientific, please contact your MG Scientific customer service representative. In addition, MG Scientific will accept VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. To avoid delays in processing orders for those who have not obtained prior credit approval, MG Scientific will ship any order C.O.D.

MG Scientific adheres to strict Quality Assurance Procedures and demands the same from each of our suppliers. Within the company, each department possesses a Quality Manual which documents all procedures. All manuals are reviewed and updated as procedures are improved and added. In addition, every MG Scientific employee attends scheduled Company Team Meetings in order to improve every aspect of our operation.

MG Scientific inspects all shipments, inbound and outbound, for quality and accuracy and strictly adheres to regulations set forth by the DOT, OSHA and the EPA. MG Scientific also audits and reviews the performance of our suppliers on a regular basis to assure that high standards are met from production to delivery on each and every product.
