MG Scientific ships products to meet both product and customer requirements. Allow us to choose the best way for you or specify your preferred carrier. Many options are available; UPS, MG Trucks, LTL, USPS, FED-X, etc. Be advised that many products can only be shipped via common carrier due to factors such as weight, quantity and chemical type. Product Returns and Credits
No returns can be accepted without prior authorization from MG Scientific. If you find it necessary to return an item ordered from MG Scientific, please contact your MG Scientific customer service representative. Please have ready the date of your original purchase order and purchase order number. A restocking charge may be assessed based upon the individual circumstances of the order.
Products that cannot be authorized for return include:
- Products not maintained in condition suitable for resale which includes products with missing or damaged original packaging.
- Chemicals that are designated as cGMP, USP or multicompendial grades.
- Open Chemicals of any grade, open Media or open Diagnostic Kits.
- Refrigerated or perishable products.
- Expired products or products with expiration dates too short for resale.
- Special Order Products.
- Discontinued Products.
- Products purchased from the Lab Deals and Steals program (all sales are final).
External Damage: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If any external damage is found, accept the shipment only after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt. Keep all containers and packing materials intact as an inspection by the freight company will need to be done. Notify MG Scientific of the external damage immediately so that a freight inspection can be initiated. Hidden damage or Short Shipments: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If any internal/hidden damage or shortage is found you must notify MG Scientific within 15 days of receipt or all rights to claims, returns or credits are relinquished. Keep all containers and packing materials intact in the event that an inspection is required.
MG Scientific warrants that the representations made for the products on this site accurately reflect the manufacturer's representations to us. MG Scientific expressly disclaims all other warranties whether express, implied or statutory - including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for use. In no event will MG Scientific be liable for consequential damages arising out of the use of products supplied by MG Scientific.
Payment Options and Terms
Terms of payment are Net 30 days with pre-approved credit. Credit approval can be obtained with the submittal of bank and trade references. To set up an account and credit terms with MG Scientific, please contact your MG Scientific customer service representative. In addition, MG Scientific will accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or wire transfers. Please be advised all credit card orders are subject to approval by MG Scientific, pending verification of the information provided. MG Scientific is a business to business supplier and does not sell to individuals. Each transaction will be evaluated on a case by case basis. To avoid delays in processing orders for authorized customers who have not obtained prior credit approval, MG Scientific will ship any order with payment in advance by wire transfer.
