In 2015 OSHA is bringing the U.S. in line with United Nations globally agreed upon chemical labeling guidelines. Formerly known as “Right to Know”, GHS is the implementation of “Right to Understand”. This new system for labeling of chemicals designed to prevent more work place injuries and improve commercial trade for chemical manufacturers by standardizing labeling requirements globally. Beginning in the summer of 2015, you will begin seeing chemical products distributed by MG Scientific conforming to this new standard.
