Transfer small volumes of material from plate to plate or replicate full DNA libraries using the Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ Replication System. This replication system works with Nunc 96- and 384-Well Plates.
- For use with 384 Well Plates and OmniTray
- Designed for the replication of DNA libraries
- Ideal for transferring small volumes of inoculum from plate to plate or to a membrane
- OmniTray or MicroWell® Copier allows correct alignment of pins during replication
- Pre-cut Pall Membrane (Catalog No T462-53) available to fit OmniTray
- MicroWell® Copier alignment device simplifies converson of 96 MicroWell® Plates to 384 well format
- Flame-proof stainless steel pins on 384 and 96 Pin Replicator
- Pins transfer 1.0µL of liquid from plate to plate or 0.1uL to solid supports
- Clones initially plated on an OmniTray can be picked up by the hundreds with a 384 Pin Replicator. This allows arraying of as many as 1,536 clones
