Meets FDA, 3-A Plastics Standard and NSF criteria
Resistant to harsh, alkaline cleaners and sanitizers
Complies with FDA requirements. Meets all criteria in the 3-A Plastics Standard for handling milk and milk products and is NSF listed under Standard 51. Clear, lightweight tubing is non-toxic, resistant to alkaline cleaners and unaffected by sanitizers. Dense bore is smoother than most stainless steels. Won't trap bacteria-harboring particles. Excellent wetting properties facilitate complete drainage and permit simple flush cleaning. Maximum recommended operating temperature is 165°F (74°C). Durometer hardness: Shore A, 65.
