800 Series Cemented and Removable Needle Syringes
The 800 series MICROLITERTM syringes are a further development of the 700 series syringes and are liquid tight. The plungers are equipped with a removable metal handle which prevents heat transfer and the fine plunger from bending. The handle is assembled with a special stop that prevents the plunger from blowing out. If the glass barrel becomes damaged, the barrel can be easily replaced in the lab. The accuracy of these syringes is ±1% of the nominal volume.
Available in Cemented Needle (N) and Removable Needle (RN) terminations.
Typical applications are:
- Sample injections in HPLC valves
- Manual sample injections in GC
- Sample collection from deep containers
The syringe model is printed on the barrel of every Hamilton syringe. The model indicates the series and the volume of the syringe. There are a variety of different terminations and plunger styles available for each model size. Decide your Volume need to narrow your search to a single syringe.
Tech Tip
To achieve best reproducibility results of single deliveries, it is recommended to first overfill the syringe by 20% of the volume dispensed.
Economical Tip
Reusable handle can be used for 800 and 1800 series syringes.
