Surfaces
- Thermo Scientific PolySorp™, Immulon™ 1B, and Universal Binding (UB) are for adsorption of hydrophobic molecules
- Thermo Scientific Medisorp™ and Immulon 2HB are slightly hydrophilic and bind a diverse range of biomolecules
- Thermo Scientific MaxiSorp™, Immulon 4 HBX, and Enhanced Binding(EB) are hydrophilic and ideal for antibody sandwich assays
- Thermo Scientific MultiSorp™ is very hydrophilic and works well for glycans, water soluble proteins, and for antibody sandwich assays
- Plates intended for quantitative and qualitative solid phase immunoassays
- MaxiSorp™ surface with high affinity to molecules with mixed hydrophilic/hydrophobic domains, recommended for adsorption of various proteins including antibodies
