Provides the critical, repeatable–1°C/minute cooling rate required for successful cell cryopreservation and recovery. Requires only 100% isopropyl alcohol and mechanical freezer. Labeled with graphic, step-by-step instructions. Holds up to 18 vials. Holder prevents vials from contacting alcohol—no contamination by wicking; no removal of labels or printing of vials. Containers with alcohol can be stored at room temperature, saving freezer space.
- Holds 12 to 18 tubes and has profile height of 86 or 151mm (3-7/16 to 5-5/16 inch), which saves precious freezer space during the cooling process
- Screw top lid secures samples inside in the event of accidental container tipping
- Eliminates unreliable, improvised foam container devices
- Easy to use—requires only 100% isopropyl alcohol and a mechanical freezer
