Hot Plates, CultureTemp 37°C Warming Plate for Trypsin
This highly accurate Warming Plate, set at an optimal 37°C (+/-1°C), is designed to avoid the use of CO2 incubators for trypsinizing cells during cell passaging. Using this Warming Plate avoids numerous entries into the CO2 incubator which adversely affects the incubator atmosphere and ongoing experiments in the incubated cultures.
- Keeps cells at an optimal temperature increasing cell viability outside of the incubator and maintains the warmth of reagents
- Built in, 15 minute count down timer keeps track of the time that the trypsin has been on the cells
- Temperature remains uniform across the entire anodized aluminum warming plate; measures (D x W) 17.8 x 20.3cm (7 x 8 inch)
- Small footprint of (D x W x H) 25.4 x 24.9 x 5.7cm (10 x 9¾ x 2¼ inch) allows it to easily fit in cell culture hoods or on the workbench
- UV resistant polypropylene housing will not break down under germicidal UV lights
- Water resistant and safe for cleaning with Ethanol or IPA
