Heidolph Platform shakers are available in a variety of platform sizes, load capacities up to 10kg and five application-specific motions. These low profile shakers provide reliable, homogeneous mixing with a maintenance-free, sparkless and brushless motor. The sealed drive is isolated from spills to make them ideal for use in cold rooms and incubators in temperature ranges from 0 to 50°C and up to 80% relative humidity. All models are backed by a 2-year unconditional warranty.

Vibrating- For vigorous mixing of small vessels such as test tubes or microtiter plates.
Orbital- Swirling action needed for cultivation of microorganisms and cell and tissue cultures.
Reciprocal- Back and forth motion for vigorous mixing of flasks and separatory funnels in chemical applications.
Rocking- Gentle up and down motion for cultivating cell cultures and staining/destaining gels.

Combine any Series 1000 Shaker with the Incubator module for precise temperature control
Incubator 1000 and 1000L consist of a two-part hood and separately controlled heating module for reproducible temperature control from +5°C above room temperature up to 65°C. Incubate and mix simultaneously or independently. Transparent PETG hood allows easy viewing and top part of hood may be opened for easy access to vessels. The heating module features an electronic display of set and actual temperature. Incubator 1000 is large enough to hold up to 1L Erlenmeyer flasks. Incubator 1000L has a lower chamber for shorter heat-up time of smaller vessels such as culture plates.
Economical Series 100
Ideal for smaller loads up to 2kg (4.4lbs)
- TiterMix 100 offers a non-skid platform for mixing four microtiter plates with an even distribution for each well. Features a variable shaking frequency from 100 to 1350rpm.
- VibraMix 100 shakes test tube racks and other vessels with a circular vibrating motion. Features a variable shaking frequency from 100 to 1350rpm.
- VibraMix 100A features an adjustable frequency from 150 to 2500rpm. Elastic holders hold up to 49 x 5mL or 36 x 15mL test tubes firmly in place during vigorous shaking.
- OrbiMix 110 produces a circular rotating motion from 20 to 300rpm. Accessories are available to hold different size vessels including Erlenmeyer flasks and media bottles.
Heavy Duty Series 3000
For larger loads up to 10kg (22lbs)
- OrbiMix 3010 offers a large, 14 x 16 inch platform with non-skid rubber mat and electronic display of time and speed. Orbital mixing is adjustable from 20 to 400rpm. Platform capacity can be expanded to three tiers for up to 108 x 25mL or 24 x 250mL Erlenmeyer flasks to save valuable bench space.
- ProMix 3020 offers a large, 14 x 16 inch platform with non-skid rubber mat, electronic display of time and speed. Reciprocal shaking frequency is adjustable form 20 to 400rpm for vigorous shaking of separatory funnels.
Incubator is comprised of the Heating Module which can be combined with either the Flat Hood or Large Hood. This unique modular incubator is designed for Shaking-Mixing and Heating all in one. Used for superior results in molecular biology, bacteria cultivation and DNA analysis. The heating module is spearately controlled for reproducible temperature control. Both Hoods are manufacutred from non-fogging PETG which allows for easy viewing. Easy and fast access to vessels. Compatible with the following shaker models: Unimax 1010, Promax 1020, Duomax 1030, Polymax 1040 and Titramax 1000.
Heating Module features an electical heater along iwht a low-noise blower. Digital temperature settings from +5 over room temperature to 65°C. temperature acuracy of +/-2K up to 50°C and +/- 4K over 50°C. Individual digital display for set temperature and actual temperature. Temperature regulation with PT100 sensor. Designed for continuous use, safety circuits prevent overheat situation.
Flat Hood has a total height of 163mm. Recommended especially for mitrotiter plates, culture plates, small flasks, media bottles and erlenmeyer flasks up to 100mL.
Large Hood has a total height of 267mm. Recommended especially for large flasks and media bottles. Holds erlenmeyer flsks up to 1000mL and medium sized or large common vessels.
