Closures, SureSTART™, Level 2 Crimp Caps, 20mm, High-throughput Applications

Use Thermo Scientific&trade SureSTART™ 20mm Crimp Caps with crimp vials that have a 20mm opening, including our SureSTART 10mL and 20mL Glass Crimp Top Headspace Vials (Level 2). Select Level 2 products for high-throughput applications, when robustness and reproducibility are key. Choose from aluminum and magnetic steel caps with silicone/PTFE or butyl/PTFE septa of various hardness values designed to reduce autosampler needle issues. Caps with Pressure Release technology will split to allow the safe release of high internal vial pressures. Use Thermo Scientific Manual or Electronic Crimpers and Decappers for easy application and removal of crimp caps.
