Cleanroom Sticky Mats are floor mats designed to remove dirt and dust from cart and foot traffic upon entering a controlled environment. They contain 30 sheets of polyethylene with sticky adhesive top coat. Once the surface is contaminated and no longer tacky, the sheet is peeled away to reveal the next clean sheet. The mat is attached to the floor with an adhesive backing to eliminate movement once the mat is positioned.

In addition to cleanroom use, tacky floor mats serve as an effective method to maintain cleanliness in a variety of settings including residential, construction, manufacturing, medical, basketball courts, and more.

1. Choose a location for your mat. Make sure to position the mat so that multiple steps are made before entering the clean area.
2. Clean the floor surface to allow for better adhesion, or use a cleanroom sticky mat frame
3. The mat features an adhesive backing to avoid movement when placed on the floor. To locate the back of the mat, look for the numbered corners. The side with the numbers facing upward will be the top of the mat.
4. Remove the film on the back of the mat, revealing the adhesive layer
5. Once positioned securely on the floor, remove the top layer of film revealing the tacky surface. The mat is now ready to walk on
6. Once the top layer is contaminated and no longer tacky, peel the sheet away from the numbered corner tab to reveal the next clean sheet
