Chromatography, SureSTART™ Vials, Polyspring Inserts, 2mL, Level 1, Everyday Analysis

Use Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ Level 1 Polyspring Plastic Inserts with 2mL screw, crimp, or snap vials to maximize injection volume when analyzing <2mL samples. The integral polyspring at the bottom of the insert centers the insert in the vial, ensures a good seal with the vials' cap, and provides a cushion against needle contact. These plastic inserts have a small total volume capacity of <400µL and a minimum residual volume of 2µL. When placed and sealed inside a 2mL vial, microsamples can be used in conventional autosampler trays. These inserts are Specification Certified to ensure autosampler compatible physical dimensions and meet all requirements of US, EU, and JPN Pharmacopia.
