Tuttnauer/Brinkmann benchtop autoclaves offer fast, safe, dependable and convenient steam sterilization for liquids, media, instruments, glassware, clothing and waste. Models are available with 7-, 9-, 10- or 15-inch diameter chambers. The self-contained design with refillable reservoir allows control of the water purity for sterilization. The ASME-stamped, 316L stainless steel chamber ensures quality workmanship, safe design, and durability. Tuttnauer/Brinkmann benchtop autoclaves also feature fast and slow exhaust for sterilization of solids and liquids, and a drying cycle to remove residual moisture after sterilization.

Analog M Models

60 minute cycle timer

Microprocessor-controlled E Models are completely automatic through every stage of the cycle, including water-fill, heating, sterilization, exhaust and drying. Four programs are fully adjustable for sterilizing solids, liquids, and absorbent materials.

Environmental Lab Model

The accelerated cycle time of Model 2540EPK meets EPA guidelines for autoclave operation. It operates on 220V and offers all the features of Electronic E models plus a built-in printer for sterilization cycle validation.

Printer option- Models 2340EP, 2540EO, 3850EP and 3870EP

An optional printer is available with electronic models to validate each sterilization cycle for GLP procedures. Each printout documents: temperature, pressure, elapsed drying time, elapsed sterilization time, selected cycle, cycle number and real time and date. In addition, a summary is printed at the end of each cycle. If an error or interruption occurs at any point during the cycle, the event and cause will be documented on the printout.
