Sample Vials in Lab Files are packaged in corrugated trays with partitions. Vials without caps or with open top caps are packed in Lab Files and then shrink wrapped to reduce particulate contamination. Sample Vials in Lab Files are available without caps and with attached rubber lined caps.

Clear, without Caps
Manufactured from DWK Wheaton 33® low extractable borosilicate glass (meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards).

Amber, without Caps
Manufactured from DWK Wheaton "320" amber glass (meets ASTM Type I Class B and USP Type I standards) to protect light-sensitive samples and maintain purity of contents.

Clear, with Rubber Lined Caps
Solid top black phenolic caps with 14B white rubber liner are attached. Vials are manufactured from DWK Wheaton 33® low extractable borosilicate glass (meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards) to protect against changes in pH and maintain purity of contents.

Clear, with White Marking Area, with Attached Rubber Lined Caps
White marking area for sample identification. Solid top black phenolic caps with 14B white rubber liner are attached. Vials are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass to protect against changes in pH and maintain purity of contents.
