Roller Apparatus Bottom Drive Modular Spacing Racks
WHEATON roller apparatus are used for roller bottle cell culture, an established cell culture method and relatively inexpensive way to set up a flexible and scaleable biopharmaceutical operation. In addition to the standard product DWK also offer a wide range of customized options to accommodate the most specific of users needs. Understanding that control, monitoring and documentation are vital for every cell culture application. That’s why these state of the art instruments are designed to support industry-standard communication protocols to enable integration into customer production facilities. They also feature a USB downloadable system event log for accurate process documentation. The R2P™ 2.0 roller apparatus contains a unique color touch screen, enabling intuitive operation with gloved hands and also offering good distance visibility.
- Meets the following standards; CE compliant for European, C-UL Listing mark for US and Canada, CSA mark for Canada and ROHS compliant
- Ideal for roller bottle cell culture
- The modular spacing at 7.125 inch between each rack, is designed to provide sufficient room between the racks for ease of handling and manipulation of the bottles
- Choice of standard model with digital display control or R2P 2.0 model with color touch screen interface
- The R2P model had a robust and clearly visible touch screen interface with readily recognised icons for intuitive navigation and capable of remote interface and monitoring through SCADA systems
- Bottom mounted control units enable easier operation by hand and are ideal for floor-mounted connections
- Multiple decking and capacity configurations allow for process flexibility
- Both models feature a smooth ramping digitally controlled motor accurate to 0.01RPM and a maintenance free precission brushless motor
