SuperClear® Microcentrifuge Tubes
SuperClear tubes feature an extra thick and durable wall that can withstand centrifugation to 20,000 x G. The ultra clear polypropylene resin gives you a clear view of the pellet as well as correct color rendition. Designed with ergonomic caps and smooth surfaces that make this tube easy to open and can help reduce the potential for repetitive strain injury. The cap also includes a special 90° hinge that self-aligns the cap and makes it easier to close while one-handed pipetting.
Since these tubes use one of our pre-tested resins you don't have to worry about extractables in the resin that can interfere with your ability to detect DNA. SuperClear tubes feature a higher spin rate and USP class VI resins to ensure your work is safe and repeatable. They are clear enough to be used in a spectrophotometer and have no extractables at the wavelength ranges you use to detect DNA. SuperClear Snap Cap Micro Tubes were developed using in-house laboratory and tested in real labs.
