The Mastercycler nexus can accommodate 96-well PCR plates, 0.2mL PCR tubes, 0.2mL PCR tube strips and 0.5mL PCR tubes. This flexibility allows PCR users to select the consumables that best fit their assay. With less than 40dB[a] noise emission, the nexus is whisper quiet, while also being energy efficient. The Mastercycler nexus is a whisper quiet PCR machine. Low noise levels make working in your lab more pleasant and enjoyable.

The Mastercycler Nexus PCR cycler provides scientists with flexibility in many forms. Up to 2 eco cyclers can be connected to a programmable cycler and the configuration can also include the nexus X2 eco units, to provide a maximum of 6 independent blocks. The flexlid provides effortless height adjustment for different vessels. The Mastercycler Nexus cycler can even email you when the PCR run is complete.

Flexlid Concept
Due to the flexlid concept, the cycler can deal with all types of PCR consumables, from low volume all the way up to 0.5mL PCR tubes. Of course, all common PCR plates fit– and if your throughput becomes even higher, you can just connect one or two Mastercycler nexus eco to your Mastercycler nexus.
