How much is shipping & handling?
MG Scientific ships products to meet both product and customer requirements. Allow us to choose the best way for you or specify your preferred carrier. Many options are available; UPS, RPS, MG Trucks, LTL, USPS, FED-X, etc… Be advised that many products can only be shipped via common carrier due to factors such as weight, quantity and chemical type. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order please contact customer service at 800-343-8338 or attach special instructions to your order. If required, MG Scientific will notify you of the carrier chosen.

How do I return something?
No returns can be accepted without prior authorization from MG Scientific. If you find it necessary to return an item ordered from MG Scientific, please contact your MG Scientific customer service representative. Please have ready the date of your original purchase order and purchase order number. A restocking charge may be assessed based upon the individual circumstances of the order.

What are my payment options?
Terms of payment are Net 30 days with pre-approved credit. Credit approval can be obtained with the submittal of bank and trade references. To set up an account and credit terms with MG Scientific, please contact your MG Scientific customer service representative. In addition, MG Scientific will accept VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS or government IMPAC cards. To avoid delays in processing orders for those who have not obtained prior credit approval, MG Scientific will ship any order C.O.D.
