Gastight 1800 Series Syringes
HAMILTON 1800 series syringes are gas and liquid tight and equivalent in design to the 800 series. As a further development of the 800/1700 series they combine interchangeability of individual parts (glass barrel, plunger, reusable handle) with easy handling (adjustable plunger, drag and blow out stop). These syringes are available in capacities from 10µl to 250µl. The accuracy is the same as other HAMILTON syringes ±1%.
Available in Cemented Needle (N) and Removable Needle (RN) terminations.
Typical applications are:
- Sample injections in HPLC valves
- Manual sample injections in GC
- Sample collection from deep containers
Tech Tip
Syringes should be used at a constant temperature. Accuracy and reproducibility specifications are determined at 25°C.
