I'm writing in regards to one of your customer service representatives. I work for WE-Energies at their Pleasant Prairie Power Plant as a Chemical Technician. Yesterday (11-16-06), I ran into an issue with a product I purchase through your company. An Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) I purchased had an incompatible connector for the type of analyzers we use. The problem was this ISE was needed in service within 48 hrs. When I called your CS department, I was put in touch with a woman named Lisa. I would just like to say that she went above and beyond to help me out with my predicament. She found an ISE of the configuration that I needed as well as found it at a location that could get it to me in the short time frame I had. I was hoping that the ISE would show up on Saturday (11-18-06), and I just received it this morning (11-17-06). Not only did she exceed my expectations, she exceeded my high hopes and saved me a great deal of hand wringing. I know that she had to go out of her way to help me, and she did it with an excellent attitude and disposition and didn't give up on the problem until she was able to resolve it to not only my expectations, but in this circumstance, my high needs. Please forward my gratitude and appreciation to Lisa and her co-workers for an excellent job. I look forward to working with your company to fill our laboratory's future needs.

On a scale of one to ten, I would rate MG Scientific a 9.99 (after all...no one's perfect). Really though, from product selection, customer service, the invenTRAK system, delivery, to special requests, you guys do it all and you do an excellent job. One thing that I'm particularly appreciative of is the extra mile that Bill gives us when he delivers large items like floor-standing incubators and refrigerators. He doesn't just deliver them to our loading dock; he de-crates them and delivers them to the lab room they belong in. Now that's customer service! Another thing I appreciate from Bill is the application of the "date received" stickers to all of our invenTRAK reagents and chemicals.
