History
MG Scientific was founded in December 1985. As the lights went on that first day, we were greeted by Federal Express delivering our first purchase order - attached to it was a welcome basket sent by a new customer who remains a loyal customer today.

We set forth to meet the challenges of serving our customers and earning the confidence of our suppliers with innovation and dedication. By the end of our first year in business we produced an 800+ page catalog, purchased MG Scientific trucks to make regional deliveries, secured relationships with world respected manufacturers and built a solid, rapidly growing customer base.

As our business expanded rapidly and warehouse space diminished just as quickly, MG Scientific embarked on its search for a new facility. In 1993 the Company and its employees unanimously agreed to settle in Lakeview Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Surrounded by a balance of visually pleasing architecture, wetland preserves and also centrally located between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, we knew that MG Scientific had discovered the perfect location for our headquarters. It is here that the Company designed and built our 6,000 sq. ft. offices and 400,000 cu.ft. warehouse.

Since our move to Pleasant Prairie, MG Scientific has continued to expand its geographic customer base to include not only the contiguous United States but international customers as well. In order to continue to meet the needs of our customers, suppliers and employees, MG Scientific has upgraded all phases of its operation. We have addressed everything from upgrading to a fully integrated computer system, to a new 900+ page catalog, to strict Quality Assurance Procedures, all the way to the purchase of additional acreage for expansion, just to name a few.
